The Pacific Meridian International Film Festival of Asian Pacific countries is the largest cultural event in the Far East. The main feature of the film forum which attracts viewers from all over Russia and the world, is its focus on film from the Pacific Rim countries. In 2019, the extensive program of the festival included 189 films, representing the most important trends of the current season. The president of the festival was the outstanding Russian actor Konstantin Khabensky. Also, among the participants of the festival were Christopher Lambert, Michael Madsen, William Baldwin, Anna Melikyan, Vadim Galygin, Pavel Lungin, Anton Dolin and many others.
